 The Tielisi QTZ500 (T8030/25) tower crane is newly developed by Hongda Group, utilizing variable frequency speed control technology. It complies with standards including GB/T5031 “Technical Conditions for Tower Cranes” and GB5144 “Safety Regulations for Tower Cranes.” The QTZ500 tower crane is an upper-rotating, self-erecting tower crane with horizontal jib, developed by Hongda Group based on over two decades of tower crane design and manufacturing expertise. This crane features the following characteristics:

    1) Advanced performance parameters, high lifting capacity, great lifting height, large working radius, extensive operating range, and high operational efficiency.

    2) The entire structure features an aesthetically pleasing design, lightweight steel construction, and premium materials that undergo shot peening and rustproofing pretreatment; Standard sections are manufactured using jig-welding and machining for excellent interchangeability; the boom features variable cross-sections for reduced self-weight and wind resistance; the forward-inclined tower top simplifies structural loading; pin-and-high-strength-bolt connections facilitate easy assembly/disassembly; the side-mounted cab provides expansive visibility, with an ergonomically adjustable operator seat for comfortable operation.

    3) This machine features fixed and attached working configurations, meeting the needs of various construction projects such as mid-to-high-rise buildings in urban areas, industrial plants, power station dams, and bridges.

    4) The hoisting mechanism employs variable frequency speed control technology to achieve optimal lifting speeds and precise load positioning. The slewing mechanism utilizes variable frequency stepless speed control technology for smooth operation and accurate positioning.

    5) The electrical control system adopts an internationally standardized configuration, featuring imported low-voltage electrical components arranged in a modular assembly with DIN rail mounting. Operation is centralized via two cross-type master controllers and pushbutton switches located in the driver's cab. The entire electrical control cabinet is compatible with 380V-440V (50Hz-60Hz) power supplies. (Certain components may require adjustments based on specific power supply requirements.)

    6) All safety devices are fully equipped, featuring torque, weight, boom angle, and height monitoring functions, along with alarm and self-locking capabilities.
