HZS50ATechnical specifications
The HZS50 concrete batching plant is a small-scale product in the Hongda Group's batching plant series. It is a semi-automatic concrete mixing system consisting of feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control, and steel structure components. It is suitable for small-scale construction sites, precast component factories, and ready-mix concrete production plants. Its main features are as follows:
The combination structure and modular units make installation and relocation very convenient.
The main mixer and aggregate lifting system utilize the JS1000B double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer, which offers excellent mixing quality and high efficiency.
Aggregate batching uses the HPD1600A batching machine, which is accurate and highly efficient.
Powder materials are measured using electronic scales, ensuring high mixing accuracy.
Water is measured using an electronic scale, ensuring high accuracy in ingredient measurement.
