The HZS50B concrete batching plant is a product developed by Hongda Group by integrating the advantages and advanced technologies of various domestic and international models, combined with the company's years of experience in producing concrete mixing equipment. It is a fully automatic concrete mixing system composed of a batching unit, aggregate conveying system, powder conveying system, water and additive supply system, metering system, mixing system, electrical control system, and pneumatic control system. It features a rational structure, excellent performance, reliable operation, convenient operation, and accurate measurement. It is suitable for large-scale projects such as roads, airports, ports, and hydropower, as well as the production of precast components and ready-mix concrete. It is widely applied in various construction projects. Its main features are as follows:
·Modular structure, aggregate conveyor bucket type, compact and simple structure, small footprint, saving space.
·The main mixing unit uses a JS1000 double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer, which provides high mixing quality and productivity. It can mix dry, semi-dry, plastic, and various types of concrete mixes within an ideal time frame.
·All measuring and control components of the measuring units are imported components, microcomputer-controlled, ensuring complete measuring accuracy and stable performance.
·The entire machine is computer-controlled and can be operated either automatically or manually. It is simple to operate and easy to master. The dynamic panel display allows you to clearly understand the operating status of each part.
·The electrical control system components are imported, ensuring stable overall performance and powerful functionality. Abnormal operating conditions and faults are automatically detected, with text, sound, light, and alarm prompts provided for convenient troubleshooting and fault elimination.
