HZS75T Technical Specifications
The HZS75T concrete batching plant is a product developed by Hongda Group by integrating the advantages and advanced technologies of various domestic and international models, combined with the company's years of experience in manufacturing concrete mixing equipment. It is a fully automated concrete mixing system comprising a batching device, aggregate conveying device, powder conveying device, water and additive supply system, metering system, mixing system, electrical control system, and pneumatic control system. It features a rational structure, excellent performance, reliable operation, user-friendly controls, and precise measurement. Suitable for large-scale projects such as roads, airports, ports, and hydropower facilities, as well as for producing high-volume concrete for precast components and ready-mix concrete, it is widely applied in various construction projects. Its main characteristics are as follows:
· Modular structure with aggregate conveying via bucket elevators, featuring a compact and simple design that minimizes footprint and saves space.
·The mixing unit employs a JS1500 twin-shaft forced-action concrete mixer, delivering superior mixing quality and high productivity. It efficiently mixes dry, semi-dry, plastic, and various concrete mix designs within optimal timeframes.
·All metering and control components of the metering unit utilize imported parts and microcomputer control, ensuring precise measurement and stable performance.
·The entire machine employs computer control, offering both automatic and manual operation modes. It features simple, intuitive controls that are easy to master. A dynamic display panel provides clear visibility into the operational status of all components.
· The electrical control system incorporates imported components, ensuring stable overall performance and robust functionality. It features automatic detection of abnormal operating conditions and faults, with alerts delivered via text, audible signals, visual indicators, and alarms—facilitating efficient troubleshooting and fault resolution.
