Except for external equipment such as screw conveyors and cement silos, all wiring in the mixing plant does not need to be removed. With the assistance of a 30-ton crane, the entire plant can be dismantled and relocated in a single day. During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, no foundation is required, and the plant can be put into operation on the same day, making it ideal for projects with tight schedules.

The station is equipped with tires and tow bars, allowing it to be towed at speeds of up to 60 km/h. The total weight of all equipment at the mixing station is 22 tons, and all attachments are moved with the station when it is relocated.

The use of a forced twin-shaft mixer enables uniform mixing in a short mixing time. It can achieve good mixing results for dry, semi-dry, plastic, and various types of concrete mixes.
