The station has the following notable features:

(1) The ingredient station measuring hopper, belt conveyor, and elevator belt conveyor are integrated into a single unit, eliminating the need for an additional belt conveyor.
(2) The connecting frame between the ingredient station and the main building uses a plate connection, which is more complicated to manufacture but saves space for container loading and improves product competitiveness.
(3) The control room is the main building's support leg and can rotate, so cables do not need to be disconnected when moving locations.
(4) To reduce the transport height, the cement metering hopper was initially designed to rotate.
(5) The ground clearance in the middle is close to 600 mm, which is higher than any domestic manufacturer, enabling the mixing plant to achieve strong domestic performance in terms of mobility, especially when traversing hilltops.
(6) The batching station, mixing main unit, and various weighing systems are integrated into a single trailer unit, equipped with tires and a tow hitch. This unit combines aggregate feeding, electronic weighing, lifting, and mixing into one system, allowing for easy mobility and convenient transportation. When towing, the unit can reach speeds of 40-60 kilometers per hour. The total weight of all equipment in the mixing plant is less than 23 tons.
(7) Using a mobile mixing plant can shorten installation time. Except for external equipment such as screw conveyors and powder tanks, all wiring for the mixing plant does not need to be disconnected. With the assistance of a 30-ton crane, the plant can be dismantled and relocated in a single day. During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, no foundation is required, and the plant can be positioned and put into production on the same day, making it highly suitable for projects with tight schedules.
(8) Using a mobile mixing station allows for on-site setup, saving a lot of money on purchasing concrete mixer trucks, reducing transportation time, lowering operating costs, and avoiding concrete quality degradation and waste caused by long-distance transportation or traffic jams.
