Concurrently, the hydraulic system is optimized through the adoption of new free-fluid technology, significantly reducing the impact of pumping direction changes on the boom. Hongda has obtained multiple patents in the optimization of pump truck boom structures and hydraulic system design. With rigorous quality control, meticulous manufacturing processes, and thorough quality inspections, Hongda pump trucks have reached advanced domestic and international standards. All steel plates in the boom system are made from high-strength cold-rolled steel plates from Sweden's SSAB Company, with a yield strength exceeding 900 MPa, ensuring high strength and lightweight performance. All components of the boom system, including the placing boom, outriggers, and fuel tank, undergo 100% post-welding stress relief treatment. Every weld in the boom system is subjected to 100% non-destructive testing or X-ray inspection to eliminate any hidden defects, resulting in superior durability. |
