 Hongda concrete pump trucks are developed by Hongda Group by drawing on advanced domestic and international experience, utilizing modern advanced computer simulation technology, and systematically analyzing the impact of various parameter changes—such as stress, displacement, and natural frequency—on the fatigue life of the boom structure. Concurrently, the hydraulic system is optimized through the adoption of new free-fluid technology, significantly reducing the impact of pumping direction changes on the boom. Hongda has obtained multiple patents in the optimization of pump truck boom structures and hydraulic system design. With rigorous quality control, meticulous manufacturing processes, and thorough quality inspections, Hongda pump trucks have reached advanced domestic and international standards. All steel plates in the boom system are made from high-strength cold-rolled steel plates from Sweden's SSAB Company, with a yield strength exceeding 900 MPa, ensuring high strength and lightweight performance. All components of the boom system, including the placing boom, outriggers, and fuel tank, undergo 100% post-welding stress relief treatment. Every weld in the boom system is subjected to 100% non-destructive testing or X-ray inspection to eliminate any hidden defects, resulting in superior durability.
The slewing bearings of the boom system are manufactured by German company Rotec or Italian company Lario Lisa, made of 42CrMo material, offering higher strength and longer service life.
The design is based on accurate data obtained through finite element analysis and dynamic simulation analysis, ensuring that the boom system has a reasonable structure and excellent performance. The National Testing Center conducts stress and strain tests to verify the consistency of the boom structure calculation analysis results with actual working conditions. Hongda pump trucks are procured internationally, with all key components sourced from internationally renowned brands, and have the following characteristics:
Large diameter delivery cylinder, good suction capacity, large pumping flow.
The original imported German HBC infinite remote control device is lightweight and easy to carry. It can be operated with just the handle, and the fabric rod can be accurately positioned.
1. Pumping volume can be adjusted continuously;
2. The extension speed of the pump truck can be adjusted continuously between fast and slow speeds.
3. Stepless adjustment of boom rotation speed;

Hydraulic system features:
The free-flow closed hydraulic drive system, formed by the convergence of two pumps, features high output power with low loss and smooth directional change without impact.
The intelligent control system ensures that the drive oil flow is continuous and uninterrupted, and is directly input into the drive cylinder without any loss.
No need for complicated intermediate reversing control valve blocks, reducing reversing impact, avoiding excessive oil temperature, and simplifying maintenance.
Compared with open systems with large oil tanks, closed systems require smaller oil tanks, and the oil in the tank flows gently and is less prone to emulsification.
Unique cushioning technology reduces high pressure peaks in the system, resulting in minimal fabric bar vibration and stable tailpipe even at high output levels.
Electric proportional variable adjustment allows concrete output to be poured as needed.

The electrical control box is made entirely of imported components, with the CPU and other control modules supplied by Siemens of Germany. The automatic lubrication system automatically injects grease into the hopper and concrete cylinder through a centralized distribution valve to lubricate all parts that require lubrication. The valve assembly is an original imported Rexroth valve assembly from Germany. When hydraulic oil is sucked from the oil tank into the hydraulic oil pump, it first passes through the filter for purification before entering the hydraulic oil pump. The oil contamination indicator can accurately indicate the degree of contamination of the filter element, so that the filter element can be replaced in a timely manner.
The imported hydraulic oil contamination detector ensures that the particle contamination level of hydraulic oil reaches Nas7 level or above, thereby maximizing the service life of the hydraulic system. The complete set of equipment for crimping rubber hoses is manufactured by Hydac GmbH in Germany. The professional and advanced spray booth in the baking paint workshop extends the service life of the paint.
