HZS60 Technical Parameters

The HZS60 concrete batching plant is a product developed by Hongda Group by integrating the advantages and advanced technologies of various domestic and international models, combined with the company's years of experience in producing concrete mixing equipment. It is a fully automatic concrete mixing system composed of a batching unit, aggregate conveying system, powder conveying system, water and additive supply system, metering system, mixing system, electrical control system, and pneumatic control system. It features a rational structure, excellent performance, reliable operation, convenient operation, and accurate measurement. It is suitable for large-scale projects such as roads, airports, ports, and hydropower, as well as the production of precast components and ready-mix concrete. It is widely applied in various construction projects. Its main features are as follows:
·Adopts a modular structure, which is quick to install and dismantle and easy to transport. It has a variety of layout options to suit different site requirements.
·The main mixing unit uses a JS1000 double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer, which provides excellent mixing quality and high production efficiency. It can effectively mix dry, semi-dry, plastic, and various types of concrete mixtures within an ideal time frame.
·All measuring and control components of the measuring units are imported components, microcomputer-controlled, ensuring complete measuring accuracy and stable performance.
·All powdered materials are handled in a sealed environment, from feeding, blending, metering, and dosing to mixing and discharge. High-quality dust collectors are used in the mixing main building, and the mixing main building and belt conveyors are enclosed, greatly reducing dust and noise pollution to the environment and providing excellent environmental performance.
·Each repair and maintenance area is equipped with a platform or ladder, and the main unit cleaning system is equipped with a high-pressure pump cleaning device, ensuring excellent maintenance performance.
·The entire machine adopts a dual computer control system. When switching between the two computers, the system can automatically ensure continuous production control without any impact. The dynamic panel display allows you to clearly understand the operating status of each part. The intuitive monitoring interface allows you to clearly and accurately observe the on-site work process. You can also manage report printing.
·The electrical control system components are imported, ensuring stable overall performance and powerful functionality. Abnormal operating conditions and faults are automatically detected, with text, sound, light, and alarm prompts provided for convenient troubleshooting and fault elimination.
