II. Main features of the product:
1. Quick assembly and disassembly, easy to move
Except for external equipment such as screw conveyors and cement silos, all wiring in the mixing plant does not need to be removed. With the assistance of a 30-ton crane, the entire plant can be dismantled and relocated in a single day. During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, no foundation is required, and the plant can be put into operation on the same day, making it ideal for projects with tight schedules.
The station is equipped with tires and tow bars, allowing it to be towed at speeds of up to 60 km/h. The total weight of all equipment at the mixing station is 27 tons, and all attachments are moved with the station when it is relocated.
2. Excellent mixing performance
The use of a forced twin-shaft mixer enables uniform mixing in a short mixing time. It can achieve good mixing results for dry, semi-dry, plastic, and various types of concrete mixes.

The main electrical components of the mixing main unit reducer, metering sensor, and control system are all imported components, which not only greatly reduce the failure rate of the equipment, but also improve the metering accuracy of the equipment.
The entire machine is computer-controlled and can be operated either automatically or manually. It is simple to operate and easy to master. The dynamic panel display allows you to clearly understand the operating status of each component. At the same time, it can store and print report data, greatly facilitating production scheduling management.
